Reference standards by category
Standards listed are for engineering and procurement reference only, never certificates held by MutualMetal. Applicable standards, material grades and documentation are confirmed per product and project.
No single universal product standard for general-purpose perforated metal; ISO 7805/10630, GB/T 6003.2 and ASTM E323 apply to industrial screens and test sieves. Pattern and margins are custom-specified per drawing.
Key product standards include GB/T 33275, ASTM F1267, ANSI/EMMA 557 and DIN 791; flattened expanded metal coverage is confirmed per project.
Grating fabrication references YB/T 4001.1, ANSI/NAAMM MBG 531 and DIN 24537; ASTM has no direct grating product standard (A36/A123 are technical), while ISO 14122 and GB 4053 provide safety access references.
Rolled floor plate references GB/T 33974, ASTM A786 and DIN 59220; fish-eye and crocodile mouth grip channels are formed profile sheets without direct product standards, confirmed per project.
