Quality coordination is tailored to each metal product category. Key dimensional, pattern, material, and surface checkpoints are reviewed and confirmed per order.
Perforated Metal
- Hole pattern, pitch, and margins verified against drawings
- Sheet dimensions, diagonal squareness, and base thickness
- Flatness tolerances and deburring condition as specified
- Surface cleanliness, coating, or anodizing finish
Expanded Metal
- Mesh pattern, SWD / LWD dimensions, and strand width/thickness
- Standard raised mesh profile or flattened rolled condition
- Overall sheet width, length, and camber parameters
- Mill finish cleanliness, hot-dip galvanizing, or powder coating
Bar Grating
- Bearing bar size, cross bar pitch, and spacing against load needs
- Overall panel width, length, squareness, and banding alignment
- Weld integrity, press-lock fit, and end trim details
- Hot-dip galvanizing documentation and coating uniformity where specified
Checkered Plate
- Pattern configuration (diamond, two-bar, five-bar, or custom)
- Base plate thickness, raised pattern height, and sheet dimensions
- Diagonal squareness, edge trimming, and flatness criteria
- Base material grade confirmation and corrosion-protection finish

Material test report (MTR)
Raw material heat & chemical analysis
Mill test reports or material test certificates issued by the base metal supplier, documenting chemical composition and tensile properties where supplied.
Inspection document type
EN 10204 2.1 / 2.2 / 3.1 referenced as options
Inspection documents can reference EN 10204 formats (such as type 2.1 declaration or 3.1 inspection certificate) subject to product, specification, and producing factory confirmation.
Coating & galvanizing records
Zinc thickness or coating verification where applicable
Coating thickness verification, hot-dip galvanizing logs, or batch coating documentation where surface treatment has been agreed for the order.
Dimensional & drawing confirmation
Critical geometry agreed before production
Shop drawings, hole pitch and margin sign-offs, or tolerance agreements coordinated with our team prior to cutting and fabrication.
Packing & dispatch details
Palletisation, strapping & bundle protection
Photos of bundled pallets, packing lists with piece weights, and protective packaging details confirmed prior to container loading.
