Wire Mesh Types

Explore our diverse range of metal wire mesh products, including stainless steel, copper, and nickel options, tailored for various industrial applications.

Wire cloth are produced on mechanical frames with continuous wires. The wires parallel to the length of the cloth are called warp wires while those parallel to the width are the weft wires that can form cloths with selvedges on the sides.

Waved, intertwined and woven wire nets are used for shelters, fences and for every containment application. They are used in industrial processes where the separation, filtering of solids or liquids is required as they offer important chemical and thermal resistance technical characteristics. The use of wire nets for aesthetic purposes is also of current importance.

Welded Wire Mesh, in stainless steel (A304-A316), carbon steel, pre-galvanised, feature characteristics of sturdiness and practicality and are suitable for many uses: street furniture (fences and accident prevention), carpentry (containers), engineering industry (machinery protection), food sector.

The weft and warp wires of the wire nets are secured by electrowelding, developing a good seal at the crossing points. It is possible to obtain square or rectangular meshes of greater or lesser strength and rigidity. Differentiated mesh operations can also be performed.

Perforated sheet are used in a wide range of sectors due to the fact that they are very versatile and can be manufactured in a wide range of materials.

Expanded sheet (or expanded net) made without scrap or welding are ductile and able to adapt to multiple uses. Commonly used for: filters, fences, gangways, steps, sound absorbing systems, separation and protection panels, ornamental or furnishing components, false ceilings, sunshades, parapets, drying floors.
