Plain Dutch Weave Wire Cloth features smaller wires woven with larger warp wires, creating a strong, compact mesh. The diagonal openings are so small they are virtually invisible, making it ideal for filtration and separating slurry and liquid materials.
Twilled Dutch Weave Wire Cloth significantly enhances strength compared to plain Dutch weave. It combines Dutch and twill weaving to create a fine mesh by interlacing shute wires with two warp wires, allowing for higher wire density and finer mesh counts. This weave can filter materials as small as two microns, making it ideal for various liquid and gas applications.
Reverse plain Dutch weave wire cloth has more warp wires and fewer shute wires, which is the opposite of plain Dutch weave. The heavier shute wires are tightly woven, while warp wires are smaller in diameter and touch each other. This weave is ideal for solid filtration applications that require mechanical stability, such as heavy-duty cleaning, centrifugal filter cake removal, or backwashing.

To speed up your order, please provide these details:
– Quantity: Specify rolls (sizes) or pieces with exact measurements.
– Material/Finish: Choose from options like 304 stainless steel or carbon.
– Size: Width and length of pieces.
– Wire Diameter: Measured in decimal inches.
– Wire Opening: Mesh count or opening size in inches and shape (e.g., square, rectangular).
– Type: Woven or welded (and any edge requirements).
– Crimp Style: If applicable.
– For Rectangular Openings: Specify slot direction.
– Use: Optional.
– Certification: If needed.
– Delivery: Desired date and shipping details.

How to Order Wire Cloth Rolls:
– Standard rolls are 100 feet (30.48m) long, with ±10% length variation. Longer rolls are available upon request.
– Stock widths are 36″ (914.4mm), 48″ (1219.2mm), and 60″ (1524.0mm). Other widths from 24″ (609.6mm) to 96″ (2438.4mm) can be ordered. Narrower widths (≤24″) can be slit but can also have selvage edges made.
– For quicker delivery and less waste, choose stock sizes and specify loop selvage if needed.
– For custom shapes (baskets, filters, strainers), please include drawings.
