Slotted Hole Perforated Metal
Overview
Slotted hole perforated metal is available with oblong or rectangular perforations. Both designs provide a unique, distinct look to the final application.
Stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI 316L, AISI 310, AISI 321 – AISI 430 – AISI 904), carbon steel (FE360 – FE510), galvanized, high strength steel, polypropylene, polyethylene, pvc monel, inconel, hastelloy, aluminium (alloy 1050, alloy 5754), cupronickel, nickel, duplex, superduplex, brass, copper, titanium, etc.
1000×2000 mm – 1250×2500 mm – 1500×3000 mm – sizes to customer’s drawing – (edges and perforated areas on request)
From 0.4 mm to 20 mm.
- APLL: when the elongated holes are staggered and parallel with the long side
- APLC: when the elongated holes are staggered and parallel with the short side
- PPLL: when the elongated holes are level and parallel with the long side
- PPLC: when the elongated holes are level and parallel with the short side
For filtering or separating liquids or solids (e.g. wine and food industry). The arrangement of the holes on the sheet is not purely aesthetic but offers certain technical characteristics.
Alignment
The standard pattern alignment for slotted and rectangular products is Side Staggered. This means the long dimension of the opening is parallel to the length of the sheet. Optionally, slots and rectangles may run parallel to the width of the sheet by specifying End Staggered slots or rectangles.
Hole alignment for ornamental patterns are typically linear Straight Line or Staggered. Our sales staff will gladly provide samples or answer any questions regarding sheet configuration.
